    I get asked all the time, what’s the #1 workout that gets you in shape fast? What shreds fat, tones you up and also happens to be fun?

    My answer never changes. KICKBOXING!

    Activities like running, lifting weights, and swimming are fine and dandy but nothing compared to a good Kickboxing workout.

    Lots of people enjoy running, swimming and hitting the weight room, nothing wrong with that.

    Me on the other hand, I hate to run, I swim like a rock lifting weights is too boring for my ADD having self.

    So if that sounds kinda like you no worries, you’re not alone. Let Kickboxing become your new best workout friend.

    Kickboxing is super fun, I mean come on man, you get to hit stuff for 45 minutes, that’s awesome! Kickboxing is a totally different kind of workout unlike anything else.

    There’s a reason why Kickboxing is quickly becoming America’s most popular way to workout, for both men and women.

    The reason is easy to see. People are sick of boring gym routines. Kickboxing on the other hand offers an exciting way to workout, something that’s fun and different.

    Not to mention if you take classes at a real Kickboxing program (avoid cardio kick at all costs!) you’ll also be learning realistic self-defense skills that could come in handy if attacked on the streets.

    I’ll be honest, I started with Kickboxing as a way to add more depth to my MMA skill set. I wanted to improve my kicking game, not get in shape.

    Boy was I in for a surprise. It didn’t take long before the weight started melting off me had me in the best shape of my life by far.

    At first I didn’t put two and two together cause I was working out almost everyday doing other things like Wrestling and BJJ.

    I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I looked at my routine and the only thing different was adding in Kickboxing. I couldn’t believe what it was doing to my body.

    Ever since than when people ask how to lose weight or tone up I always tell them Kickboxing all the way.

    You might be on the fence about trying out a class but trust me it’s totally worth it. Once you make the move, you’ll wish you’d done this years earlier.
