NAGA Virginia Beach Results

Ivey League continues to have success on the grappling tournament circuit. This past weekend we sent the travel team to compete in Virginia Beach, at the Naga southern championships.

The team consisted of both kid and adult students. We had a bunch of solid performances but the ones that stand out the most were turned in by Platinum Member Jeff Blachey and BBC Member Robert “Bicep” Mish.

Both looked unstoppable and brought back a total of four gold medals in both gi and nogi competition. Nice work fellas!

Overall we thought the team did very well. We missed the mark on a few medals but in the end that’s how you learn.

Next up for the team will be the Battle at the Beach. That’s going to be a tough tournament to win but here at Ivey League we like a good challenge!
