    So here we are, 3 months into 2016 and I can’t help but ask….have you stuck with whatever new year’s resolution you’ve committed to?

    I certainly hope so. I mean, no one makes a news year’s resolution to fail. I mean, i Hope not anyway. But honestly, did you?

    The #1 new years resolution is to lose weight. That and get in shape, which is pretty much the same.

    But what most people don’t get is that getting in shape requires a change in lifestyle. That’s not an easy thing for most people to do, believe me I totally understand.

    It takes some adjusting, to the way you live and how you spend your time. And if you’re like most people, you need extra help, you know, that extra push we all need, some more than others.

    We all need help in order to stay on the straight and narrow path to success. How can you get that kind of help?

    You know what I’m gonna say. Come in and try out a Kickboxing or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class here at Ivey League.

    Why you might ask? Because It’s way easier to stay focused when you’re surrounded by other highly focused people.

    That’s why group classes, MMA or a spin class, always get more results vs working out by yourself at home with no one there to push you, or To hold you accountable.
