Don’t forget that tonight we will be hosting a BJJ workshop with our good friend and top level competitor Dan “Micro†Faggella. Micro will be covering attacks from the back and the crucifix position. It costs $10 to take the workshop and it will go for 2 hours. Afterwards will be plenty of time for rolling or to ask questions.
Regular classes are canceled due to the workshop.
