We had another barn burner session last night, this time it was at the Team Lloyd Irvin location for the Baltimore area, Crazy 88, Owned by Julius “Mr. Personality” Park.
Everyone got in some hard work which included many matches and a lot of running after. Danny “Red” Heath made it to the round of six in the sprints and exercises but was taken out….as were all the other guys by Mrs. Cathy Zwanetz! You go girl!
The next training session at Crazy 88 will be with the Ivey League Kids program. We will be taking the little ones there for a kids session. Stay tuned!
