Below is a video we made of Coach Danny Ives training with both Sean Sherk and Nik Lentz. Danny was called in to help the fighters get ready for upcoming bouts in the UFC. They called Danny because of his specialized knowledge with nogi grappling and having worked with many pro MMA fighters in the past.
Danny said the trip was great and that all the fighters at Minnesota Martial Arts are amazing. He took what he learned and brought that right back to Ivey League MMA.
Student Mike Murphy also got to do some training, mostly kickboxing but also some BJJ and Wrestling. Much thanks to Mike for the filming he did as well.
Oh and both Sean Sherk and Nik Lentz won their fights, congrats!
