I accepted that I’m pretty much known as the half guard guy. I found this out years ago. No shock there to my students of course, because I’ve been teaching them half guard techniques for a long time. In that time I’ve seen them make amazing gains and start to sweep everyone using this system of BJJ half guard.
The wait is over for a website focused on this style of guard work…
I was listening to Lloyd Irvin talk about taking what you’re really good at and starting a website based on it. So that’s what I did. I made www.bjjhalfguard.com. I’m hoping that this site can be a jump start to even more great stuff with the half guard. At the same time I hope that people gains great knowledge of the half guard game from myself, who has 12 years of experience with it and has used it at the highest levels (BJJ tournaments and MMA).
Some of the half guard skills I’ll be teaching include:

- Waiter sweep

- Pedrinho foot hook
