Joe will be going over Mauy Thai (mainly Hands and clinch work), Takedowns for MMA and Chokes from the front headlock position. The seminar will be 2 and a half hours and we’ll have some mat time after for more training or any questions you might have.
The cost for the Seminar is $40 day of or you can pre register for $35.
