Quick reminder about the MMA striking seminar we’ll be hosting tomorrow night at Ivey League MMA. The seminar will be given by world renowned striking coach for both MMA and Kickboxing, Kru Andy Grahn. Kru Andy has been teaching striking in Minnesota for 20 years and has worked with/trained some of the most well known UFC fighters such as Sean Sherk, Brock Lesnar and Nik Lentz.
Andy hardly comes to the east coast anymore so this is a rare chance to get to work with him right here in Maryland. Master Danny Ives has known Kru Andy for a while and was able to get him in for a seminar. Take advantage of this amazing opportunity to train with one of the best! Below are the seminar details:

All adult classes are canceled Thursday night due to the awesome seminar. Please wear your Ivey League MMA academy uniform. Gloves and hand wraps would be a good idea.
