First let me start off by saying thanks to everyone at our sister school Crazy 88! We had an awesome training session last night. The session was focused on MMA and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Like all workouts at 88 it was tough and a good sweat.
Next week on the 11th (Tuesday) we’ll be returning to Crazy 88 for another joint training session. This like last nights will be for MMA and Muay Thai and is open only to members of our CAP program.
All MMA CAP classes for next Tuesday will be canceled due to the training trip. However the Gold level grappling class is still on for 7:30pm and is run by Coach Nelson.
If you want to help out with the new location then be at the new Ivey league MMA this upcoming Saturday at 12noon. We need help pulling up carpet and moving things around. Any help we can get from out great student base would be much appreciated!

In other news we’ll be hosting a redo of the missed Judo seminar with Miss Kelly Franquemont. The date for that will be September 22nd. More info to come on that plus the same day Kru Jose Villirisco will also be conducting a Muay Thai seminar!
We hope to be in the new space by early fall. We’ll be sure to keep everyone posted…
