The new curriculum is out for the month of October, both for the kids and the adults. In BJJ it will be all about the sweeps and for the kids a bit of both Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Pick up a copy at the front counter.
Also, congrats to our kids that moved up in rank on Friday at the belt test. Mia, Griffin and Karl have moved up to Gold belt, Deuce, Scary Mary and Lauren “High School Musical” have all moved to Yellow belt and last but certainly not least, Teagan “Miss Flexibility” moves to Grey belt, congrats to all!
