Alright folks well my good student Coach Griffin Palmer just finished up a super good highlight video of many classes we offer here at Ivey League MMA.
The video shows us doing everything from Gracie Jiu Jitsu to Muay Thai Kickboxing. Oh and we even mixed in some of the children’s martial arts sessions as well.
