Hello members of Team Lloyd Irvin Annapolis!
Here is a reminder of what we having coming up for students of Ivey League MMA and all the other Team Lloyd Irvin Martial Arts schools.
This upcoming Saturday (the 25th) we have our very first Ivey League in-house BJJ/Grappling tournament. This is open to all members of Team Lloyd Irvin. We hope to have students from Camp Springs and Crazy 88 plus of course Ivey League competing against each other in a fun, safe and friendly environment.

Ivey League In-House Tournament
Feb 25th, 2012
Starts at 10am for kids and 12noon for adults
$20 to enter for intro program students and just $10 for CAP/BBC members
BJJ Gi and Nogi matches will be held using the Madison weight system
Double elimination (you will have no less then 2 matches per division)

Then on March 3rd, 2012 will have the Kelly Franquemont Judo seminar for both kids (intro and BBC) and for CAP adult students.
Don’t miss this chance to improve your takedown game and learn from such a great teacher in Miss Kelly.

Kids start at 12noon and CAP adults at 2:30pm
Takedowns with the Gi will be covered so full gi is required
$20 intro program kids and just $10 for CAP/BBC members (Adult seminar is open to CAP only this time)
Then on March 24th we’ll be hosting the Ivey League MMA 4 year anniversary party! The date isn’t set in stone but it’s very likely that will be the date. We’ll be handing out awards for a number of different achievements at Ivey League including most improved Muay Thai Kickboxing and Gracie Jiu Jitsu! Don’t miss out on this and you can RSVP and get tickets from Chrissy at the front desk!
