Parents: How’s your child spending their summer downtime?
Schools out, that is, for most kids. I know some kids are still finishing out those make up snow days.
I know for us here at Ivy League MMA, summertime means summer camp with the kids. So yeah our summer time in the sun is spent pretty much 100% with the kids.
Lucky for us we’ve got some great kids that come to our camps. Most kids are super easy to work with and when the summer’s over and they head back to school believe me they’ve gained a lot!
If you’re a parent interested in this type of summer training program for your son/daughter then you really should look into what we’ve got going on here at Ivey League.
However times running out and our camp is 95% sold out as of today. I highly recommend giving us and call and coming in sooner rather then later.
We’ve got some upcoming parent orientations on the schedule for June 5th and 6th. These orientations are a great way to come in and get a look/feel for what we do all summer long with the children.
Again those will be held on Friday June 5th at 5:30pm and on Saturday June 6th at 9am. Both sessions take place in our downstairs media room (next to the U-Penn training room).
What does your child get out of our summer camp?
We’re results driven at Ivey League MMA. We don’t train the kids in MMA just for the sake of making money and killing time.
We want the kids to get in the best shape of their young lives, make a bunch of new friends, learn how to truly defend themselves and learn the life lessons that give them the confidence to go out into the world and be a champion.
That’s what we want. Because we care, we run the summer camp sessions with the goal being results. And I assure you, as a parent, you’re going to see a difference in your child after they spend a summer with us.
We hold workouts for the kids 3 times a day. We work on their Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Wrestling skills along with intense fitness routines that have them returning to school faster, stronger, toned up and in killer shape.
And let’s face it, kids these days could really benefit from being in better shape. We give that to them and then some.
Our kids have more to look forward to then just punches and kicks. We also go on a ton of field trips to places like Six Flags, Laser Tag, Movies and outdoor adventures to the local parks for some fitness in the sun.
Every year the same kids return to our camp. That’s because it’s a good camp. If that wasn’t the case we wouldn’t be seeing these same great kids year after year.
