Annapolis Maryland Lloyd Irvin Team Day 2012

On the 21st we’ll be holding the first “Team Day” at Ivey League!

That’s July 21st (Saturday)

That day will include a seminar with bjj black belt Dan Simmler as well as our first level 1 Muay Thai Kickboxing test.

On that day we have something for everyone, whether kickboxing, bjj or mma. We’re hoping to be able to do these team day events more and more so make sure to mark your calenders for the 21st of July.

I want all of my students (and non students) to attend. You know I’m gonna put even more pressure on my cap gold, platinum and titanium members to show.

Why?

Because you guys are the best of the best and you need to be a good example to all the intro (Basic) program students.

They need to see what it takes to be the best so I leave it to the CAP Members to show them. Don’t let me down!

Now, for the bjj seminar it’s going to focus on triangles and legs lock submission holds for self defense. Dan is a good friend of mine and a brilliant fighter. Jump on this chance to learn from an amazing coach and person, Mr. Dan Simmler.

Oh and the next 3 people that sign up for the seminar and invest in it will receive a ticket to the early showing (Thursday Midnight) for The Dark Knight Rises…yeah it’s gonna be a good time for sure cause you’ll be hanging out with me and the Team Lloyd Irvin crew!

also for the bjj seminar, it’s for adults but i will let a few of the “hardcore” kids in. if you have a child that might wanna do it let me know.

MT students, the level 1 test is a big deal, i want everyone who is qualified to attend and take the test.

Don’t worry about how you look or if you’re ready, just show up and try. You’ll do just fine, trust me. it’s very important to the staff and should be to you to gain rank in our Muay Thai Kickboxing program. Level 1 is the next step.
