Dan Simmler workshop on 12-13-2010 (Monday night)

Our good friend, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt Dan Simmler will be at Ivey League MMA on Monday to conduct a BJJ workshop focusing on throws and armlocks from all angles. The details are listed below:

What time: 7:30-9:30pm ( There will be rolling afterwords for whoever wants more training)
Investment: $20 (this is an amazing deal btw….)
What will be taught: Throws that work for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and all types of set ups and finishes for Armlocks.
Gi or Nogi: This is a gi seminar
