New highlight from trip to Minnesota

We made a highlight of one of the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes that Danny taught when he was out in Minnesota. Danny was called by a friend to come out there and help UFC fighter Sean Sherk get ready for his fight with BJJ specialist Evan Dunham.

Minnesota martial arts or as it’s called now the Academy is best known for having many high level mma fighters like Brock Lesnar, Sherk, Nik Lentz and many others.

Danny said that he really enjoyed the training and that Sherk and Lentz were beasts! Danny did not get a chance to work with Brock as he does most of his training at his house these days (must be nice to have a gym in your backyard!)

So anyhow, enjoy the video, the moves are all based around half guard, more advanced half guard for sure.
